The first set of photos were of a resident's backyard on Tangent Drive, Garden Lane, and the horse stable along Tangent Drive

I love that mailbox photo. It could be entered into an art contest.

I added a few new images replacing Old oak Drive looking East with Old Oak looking west. The other image that was posted was of the Bass Estate, current home of Tangent City Hall.

Good picture of the tire shed. But does this building realy say rural or dose it say run down

To me the Tire Shed, (tired shed) is a part of Tangent that could be improved. Some have written me saying old structures are more rural than new structures. So I took a few pics of the old warehouses and downtown areas (to be posted soon). I think it could be a restaurant with a glass bottom over the storm drainage to view the ducks paddling by. It could be a downtown bakery-internet cafe-store with a viewing window or outdoor facility to watch trains go by, (railfans). People have favorite viweing places for trains and we could improve ours!

I can see a theam resterant where the wearhouse on old mill is. Rail roaders travle a long ways just to watch the trains. There is even room for parking.

Some of these pictures are nice. Shows a part of Tangent. The Tire Shed photo, well as "rural" as it may look, it is pretty trashy from the road. It's up to the owner of that property to change it if we want to see improvements.

A glass bottom restaurant to watch ducks swimming in the drainage ditch? How absurd! PLEASE...tell me you are joking.

My gosh, is that really how Tangent looks now. It's like it hasn't changed in 30 years. I kind of like that

It's OK if YOU own the land, but you can't ask someome else to donate their land to your dream. Get real. Respect other peoples property rights!

There are many people who still dry their clothes outside or inside with wood heat. It saves energy and is good for the environment. I am seeing more solar panels on roofs, especially the schools in Corvallis. Somebody thinks it's a good idea.

I don't understand how a garden and/or a clothes line is showing disrespect to anyone. I enjoy seeing both. Neather of these things take a lot of space only the will & the work but it's worth the satesfaction.

nice shot of the post office, not close enough to see all the weeds. Sad to think a building that repersents our goverment can't take care of a small flower bed.
